To place an order at the La Senza Online Lingerie Store, sign in as a new or returning customer. Once you are signed in, please browse our online catalogue by selecting a category found at the top of every page. You may then select items that you would like to purchase by clicking on "Add to Bag" (within the product page) to place the item in your shopping bag. When you are ready to complete your order, click on "Check Out" for a last review of the items, then click on "Check Out" and follow the check out procedures. We will request billing, shipping and credit card information from you, which will ultimately be sent to La Senza Lingerie via a secure connection to process your order and ship your package.

You may return your purchase by one of the two following options:
For returns by mail, please mail to us the completed Online Return Form (included with your shipment), your original invoice and the item(s) you wish to return. All returns should be sent to:

For security reasons, please do not return the merchandise in the La Senza Gift Box alone. Please send the parcel back with the Gift box as well as the Shipping box.
