- If you are not at home for delivery, an Australia Post Notice will be left for you. Your parcel will be delivered to your closest Australia Post store, for you to collect at your convenience.

Free Shipping offers

Free shipping over $75 applies to the order total after discounts and promotions have been applied.

It is your respopnsibility to contact us if you do not receive your parcel by the due date. By either e-mailing us on info@lasenza.com.au or calling 1800 151 110. Once we have been notified we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage as a result of late delivery.

Estimated Delivery Dates

 

Delivery dates are approximate and determined by Australia Post.

You can check the tracking information available in My Account by clicking "View orders" and selecting the appropriate order listed. Please check this information and read through the following options:

  • If the tracking information indicates your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Australia Post offer signature-required deliveries, so if you are not present or somebody else at the shipping address, a delivery notice will be left for you. A second attempt will be done and if not successful then the notice will indicate where to retrieve your package.
  • If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
  • If you cannot locate your package and it hasn't been returned as undeliverable, please email us.

 


Shipping Restrictions

 

Some restrictions apply.

Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. You'll be notified while placing your order if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected.

New Zealand Customers currently aren't able to purchase directly through the website, but we are working to get this service up and running very soon. If you would like to place an order with us, please send your contact details through to sales@lasenza.com.au and our online manager will contact you directly.

 

Undeliverable Packages

 

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund.

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 2 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

Why Was My Package Undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

Incorrect Address.
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the carrier or the unintended recipient typically returns the package to us. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account, click the "Address book" link in My Account.

Other Address Problems.
In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process, or that the carrier made a mistake and left the package at a different address then what was printed on the label.

Failed Delivery Attempts.
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package.

Refused by Recipient.
If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
