Returns
La Senza offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. (Please check the Terms and Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund).
Please be advised that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on any other website, other than lasenza.com.au. Should you have a query relating to overseas purchases please contact us on info@lasenza.com.au
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
30 DAYS: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 calendar days after the order is placed.
DOCUMENTATION: Your original invoice must accompany your returned item(s) in order for La Senza Lingerie to process your refund.
GOOD CONDITION: All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unworn before they can be accepted for a refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
1. All DREAMSHAPERSTM products are FINAL SALE.
HOW TO RETURN A PURCHASE FOR REFUNDS
You may return your purchase by one of the two following options:
Returns by mail
To initiate a return please go into my account and from here click on initiate a return. You will be able to click on the order number of the item you wish to return. From here you will choose the item(s) that you wish to return and the reason for the return and then click on continue. Please include a copy of the initiated return and your original invoice. If you would like to keep your original receipt please make a copy to include with your parcel.

For security reasons, please do not return the merchandise in the La Senza Gift Box alone. Please send the parcel back with the gift box as well as the shipping box. You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
Returns in stores
Please make sure to have the original invoice and item(s) you wish to return on hand to facilitate your transaction. Consult our Store Locator to find a La Senza store near you.
RETURNING ITEMS YOU DIDN'T ORDER
Please send us an e-mail if you received an extra item in a shipment, or items were delivered to you (or to your home) that you didn't order. At your earliest convenience, e-mail us and let us know:
- The item(s) you incorrectly received,
- Your name,
- Your mailing address,
- And the order number in the shipping label.
You may exchange your purchase in person at any one of our La Senza Lingerie stores in Australia or mail your return item(s) to:

Once we receive the return and determine that it complies with our Terms & Conditions, we will promptly refund you the cost of the merchandise.
Your refund will be credited only to the method(s) of payment used to make the purchase.
Alternatively, you can return any item of merchandise to any one of our La Senza stores.
